喜欢电影Pocahontas的原因有很多，其中的一个就是这首名叫Colors of the Wind的主题曲。
作为迪斯尼动画，Pocahontas的音乐制作还是沿袭了迪斯尼那一系列的风格，但是由于电影的背景和主人公的性格，音乐还是柔和了一些来源于自然的奔放的元素，以来更完美的表现女主角Pocahontas的热情奔放的性格。但是在电影中是不可能听到像狮子王那样狂野激情的歌的，狮子王的音乐取自自然中最博大奔放的一面，而Pocahontas则是融入了最亲近、恬静，神秘的自然，就像动画片中，森林里柳树婆婆的枝条轻轻地从湖面上划过。
当Pocahontas对John Smith唱起这首Colors of the Wind的时候，着实非常感动。歌词写的非常唯美动人，曲子沁人心扉。

特别喜欢Lene Marlin的Another Day专辑，而专辑中最喜欢的莫过于Another Day, You Weren't There 和 Faces了。
第一次听You Weren't There就有种莫名的触动。后来得知，香港的一位著名作家已经把歌词翻译了。我参考了下，自己也译了一份。译出来似乎就没有原曲那般悲凉了。反正也译完了，本来Faces也译了，不过觉得You Weren't There比较过的去吧。

今日体验了踏破铁鞋无觅处，得来全不费功夫这句土话。只在Google.com输入了“Chivas theme song”就找到了这首寻觅已久的芝华士广告主题曲。
芝华士的广告似乎有好几版。我个人最偏爱我看到的第一版，昏黄的色调，像是夕阳西下的海边，温馨又浪漫，伴着主题曲“Mermaid Song”缓缓进入眼帘。
不喜欢酒，也不知道真正的芝华士人生是怎样的，但是心想，也许真正香醇的酒就是这样的：夕阳西下的海边，听着这首Sarah Khider的Mermaid Song。
说不清是广告的画面映衬了歌曲的境意还是歌曲的旋律烘托了广告的气氛。总之它们的结合打动了无数坐在电视机前的人们，把他们深深吸引到芝华士人生中。
我是在一个blog里找到这首歌的，从那里得知，原来寻找这首歌的人竟然如此之多。我曾经还上了芝华士网站寻找信息，结果一无所获。竟然还有人发了e-mail到芝华士公司去...

初听她的歌，实在惊讶，很难相信这样的歌曲，这样的歌声是出自一个20岁出头的年轻女子。她拥有美丽的外表，超人的音乐才华和智慧，动人的歌喉，以及与她年龄不相仿的成熟。这一切都使她成为世界几百万歌迷挚爱的女艺人。不仅平凡人喜欢Alicia Keys，她的同行也一样对她称赞不已。比如演唱过她作品的Christina Aguilera就非常喜爱Alicia Keys。

your head on my pillow"为全曲营造了一个温馨浪漫的氛围，就好像卡通片中的Jerry被食物的香味吸引一样，我就被这前奏一点一点地吸入歌曲当中。Alicia Keys的用词十分通俗，句子也简单明了，但是作出来的词就如诗一般优美。本想尝试翻译Diary的，但是发现这几乎是不可能。记得有一位歌迷说，谁能翻译出Alicia Keys的歌词，那实在是太了不得了。翻译当然不是简简单单的逐字翻译。像歌词的第一句"lay your head on my pillow"总不能翻译成“把你的头放在我的枕头上”。歌曲那种温馨的感觉还是只有听听原曲才能感受到。
Alicia Keys的歌词有个特点，都像Diary那样用词很通俗，但是描绘很细致，又句句都是我们生活中可以见到的，如此一般的平易近人，也许这就是为什么她的作品总能得到那么多歌迷的共鸣吧。

终于，要写Lene Marlin了，关于她，我所喜爱的她，真的有很多话要说，所以曾经几次提笔，都不知道要从何说起，深怕我这口齿不清的烂文笔玷污了我喜爱的Lene。
这次只写Lene的一支单曲--A Place Nearby。事实上这只曲子并没有发行正式的单曲，也不是主打歌，但是却深受人们的喜爱。早就有很多人推荐这首曲子了。初听的时候，觉得曲子平平，也没有什么特色，唯有的特色就是Lene Marlin独具一格的曲风依然渗透着整首歌曲。
当我用心去聆听的时候，便深深地被打动了。这是一首描写与亲人分别的动人歌曲。它并没有落入俗套地一味写对亲人的思念，而是以亲人留下的一段肺腑之言为歌词的中心。
这首歌很好地展露了Lene Marlin丰富细腻的情感，独特的思维方式和清丽脱俗的文笔。与其说Lene是一位歌者，不如说她是诗人。
